Intermediate surfers who have learned the basics, understand surfing etiquette, and can comfortably surf unassisted. You should be able to paddle, take-off, trim along the wave face, and safely dismount.

My two sons and I took a day trip surfing at Cloudbreaks. Fiji surf company handled all the details. The surf break is off the coast about 5 miles. It’s a little scary surfing in the middle of the ocean. The waves were in the 3 to 5 ft range. When it gets big out here a lot of pros come surf. This use to be a stop on the pro tour. I would recommend this company.
